What is Product Development?
Product Development is the process of taking your idea or design and turning it into a real product. First, we take your idea or design and will check to see if it will be workable for potential factories. Once approved, we work to finalize a Product & Tooling Agreement between you and the factory that covers absolutely all aspects and expectations and reduces the possibility of any misunderstanding. Once signed, we then move on to the sample making process so you can get a prototype sample to approve before proceeding to actual orders and production.

What is Quality Assurance?
Quality Assurance is the maintenance of a desired level of quality in a service or product, especially by means of attention to every stage of the process of production and delivery. First, we send our qualified inspector to the factory we have selected to conduct an audit of the facility and their production process, requiring them to improve or change any aspects that fail to meet our professional standards. Next, we set expectations and eliminate potential for mistakes or misunderstanding by creating a comprehensive quality agreement that covers all aspects of your product and performance characteristics. To ensure you get the product you ordered as requested, we then send our inspector to conduct a pre-shipment inspection, testing all standards for compliance.
